Email Jana Thibos to be added to the waitlist to register - jana@growwabashcounty.com or by calling 260-563-5258. \n\n\n\nBegins October-May each year the third Thursday of the month from 9-5 pm.\n\n\n\nLeadership Development Wabash County is the launchpad for emerging leaders & professionals of all ages. This program offers a comprehensive course of study designed to enhance leadership skills\, elevate leadership potential\, and amplify participants' impact throughout the Wabash County community.\n\n\n\nOver the course of eight months\, participants will embark on a dynamic journey of growth and self-discovery\, gaining a deeper understanding of their leadership strengths and areas for development\, while learning how to lead effectively in personal\, professional\, and community settings.\n\n\n\nOver 250 Wabash County leaders have graduated from the LDWC program and continue to serve on local boards\, strengthen the companies they work for\, serve in government positions and ultimately grow as individuals.\n\n\n\nTuition Includes:\n\nGallup CliftonStrengths assessment\n\nExtended DISC personality profile and analysis\n\nComprehensive leadership course materials\, curriculum by IU Kokomo & Microcredential Certified\n\nNetworking lunches and refreshments at each session\n\nExpert-led panel discussions\n\nBehind-the-scenes tours of local organizations\n\nExclusive access to unique resources and leaders\n\nGroup service project and leadership book discussion\n\nFormal graduation ceremony & diploma\n\nBONUS: build meaningful connections beyond your network
