Gamble will be the facilitator for this program and will present on topics including conflict resolution\, giving and receiving feedback and the importance of transparency in the workplace. \n\n\n\nTuesday\, June 13 - Session 1:"Keeping It Real (Transparency in the Workplace)"\n\nWe often hear about the need for transparency in leadership. However\, many of us don't understand why it matters or how to do it well. A transparent leader walks the line between being honest and oversharing. They're vulnerable when the time comes but do so in a composed manner that earns employee buy-in and establishes trust.
