**POSTPONED UNTIL 2021**

In today’s rapidly shifting environment, it is more important than ever to be able to have the foundation established and tools on hand to be mindful, agile, and able to effectively lead through change.

Leadership Development Wabash County is the premier leadership training program for our area. The goal of this eight-month program is to bring together a diverse group of emerging leaders to further develop their leadership skills and sense of self awareness, grow their networks, and deepen their sense of stewardship of the community. Topics explored through these sessions may include: emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and strategic doing, conflict transformation and many more.

Sessions will also provide participants with personal insight about their leadership styles, listening skills and inner strengths through various assessments such as the Clifton Strengthsfiner Assessment as well as the DISC Assessment.

As part of the class, participant will be expected to complete at least 25 volunteer hours as part of a community service project.

First session will be October 21, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., location TBD.
