Job Description
BMM is currently seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to perform accounting duties within our Firm. This position’s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other tax and accounting duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting
  • 150 credit hours or actively pursuing 150 credit hours
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Strong organizational, time and stress management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Internship to 1 year of experience in public accounting and/or tax preparation preferred
  • Experience in QuickBooks and CCH suite of products including ProSystems and Engagement a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
