Job Description
Must effectively work independently and be self-motivated, skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, comfortable with public speaking, and excellent at providing customer service. He or she will work with the Vice President of Family Services to create and implement an individualized strategic approach to meeting his/her annual goals, which will include presenting to groups and facilitating processes and events related to referral source’s, such as DCS, attainment of concrete supports from local churches for children and families in need. He or she will become highly skilled with the Care Portal system and serve as a support to referral agencies and churches that are trying to connect with each other through it. Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs.
This person must be a Christian with strong convictions who is also in agreement with White’s mission statement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively both with individuals and groups, including public speaking. The person must be able to work independently.
