Love books and creativity? Put your skills to the test at our Bibliophile: Book Stack Photo Contest! Join us at the library for an evening of fun, photography, and friendly competition. We will start with a quick crash course on basic photo composition from local photographer Kaleigh Middlekoop — perfect for beginners and photography enthusiasts alike. Then, you'll have 30 minutes to select props, choose books, scout a location, and create your best "book stack" photograph inside the library. At the end of the night, we’ll host a group vote to crown the winning photo! Prizes and bragging rights await the top vote-getters. All supplies (including props and books) will be provided — just bring your creativity and a phone or camera to capture your masterpiece. Open to all ability levels; no photography experience required.
