Grow Wabash County has partnered with Freedom Academy to present the "Empower Hour" Lunch & Learn Series!
This series will feature topics relevant to leadership and professional development to help you and your team succeed. Jake E. Gamble will be the facilitator for this program and will present on topics including conflict resolution, giving and receiving feedback and the importance of transparency in the workplace.
Tuesday, August 8 - Session 3:"Creating a Value-Driven Culture"
The unique personality of an organization is referred to as its culture, an invisible but powerful
force that influences the behavior of its members. A healthy culture is essential and the values
that drive it are critical. Join us as we discuss building a culture centered around values, what
your actions say about your values, and how to effectively communicate your values to your
customer base.
Future topics in the series include:
