Grow Wabash County has partnered with Freedom Academy to present the "Empower Hour" Lunch & Learn Series!
This series will feature topics relevant to leadership and professional development to help you and your team succeed. Jake E. Gamble will be the facilitator for this program and will present on topics including conflict resolution, giving and receiving feedback and the importance of transparency in the workplace.
Tuesday, September 12 - Session 4:"Giving and Receiving Feedback"
Many leaders don’t know how to offer good feedback. Others don’t know how to receive it. We have been graded, ranked, rated, scored, evaluated, chosen, dismissed, rejected, invited, and ignored all our lives. How you handle feedback, and how you use it to create, nurture, and support a healthy culture is vital to the success of your organization. Join us as we discuss the essentials of giving and receiving feedback.
