Join us for Grow Wabash County's Annual Dinner Celebration to recognize businesses and leaders in our community who are helping to GROW Wabash County every day.
This year, Grow Wabash County is thrilled to recognize MPS Egg Farms as the 2021 Business of the Year! The Krouse family and the entire MPS Egg Farm team will be recognized for their decades of service and unwavering commitment to Wabash County.
Grow Wabash County will also recognize the 2021 Volunteer of the Year and the 2021 Distinguished Citizen (TOP SECRET info, so be sure to attend to find out!)
About MPS Egg Farms
MPS Egg Farm's history in Wabash County dates back to 1875 when the Strauss Family built a water-powered grain mill on the Eel River in North Manchester. In 1968, Don Strauss shifted focus from supplying feed, to production and marketing of eggs on their own farms.
Today, MPS Egg Farms produces over 10 million eggs daily with farms in Indiana, Illinois and Texas. These eggs are packaged and sold to retail grocers throughout the United States. In addition to growing as a company, MPS and the Krouse and Grant families have expanded their service to Wabash County by serving on various boards and committees focused on the betterment of our communities and providing generous donations to local schools and families in need.
