GWC Ed Event: Improving Employee Morale

Attend this one-hour workshop to learn the secret of becoming a great employer. It starts with having great supervisors and managers who are humble, possess the proper leadership mindset, and positive employee relations skills.
Retention experts confirm that people generally leave an employer, in particular, because of how their supervisor treats and communicates with them.
Alan Siepker, HR Ideas Unlimited (HRIU) Training Coach, who will deliver an entertaining and fast-paced workshop providing practical, actionable positive employee relations tips and techniques. Siepker has served as a human resource professional with more than 40 years of experience in generating positive employee relations, at all levels. He is an adult education adjunct instructor at Indiana Tech and Huntington Universities. Alan has earned certification as an SPHR/SCP and degrees in Business Management, Communication, and has an MBA.
This event will take place on Tuesday, April 16 from 2:00-3:00 pm in the Grow Wabash County Conference Room, 214 S Wabash Street in Wabash.
Admission to the workshop will be FREE to Grow Wabash County investors and $10 for non-investors. Registration is required as space is limited.
