The Northeast Indiana Innovation Center (NIIC) and Grow Wabash County (GWC) have partnered to support and strengthen local businesses through innovative resources and collaborative opportunities. 

This workshop is open to all business owners and professionals who regularly interact with customers and the general public. Attendees will receive tools and insights from the NIIC to help craft strategies that prioritize customer experience. In addition, facilitated discussions will offer participants the opportunity to work through real-life scenarios, exchange best practices, and get answers to their specific questions about delivering exceptional service.
