About the Presenter:
Alan Siepker, Training Coach with HR Ideas Unlimited, will deliver an entertaining, fast-paced workshop filled with practical and actionable employee relations tips. Alan brings more than 40 years of experience as a human resource professional, specializing in positive employee relations at all organizational levels. He is an adjunct instructor in adult education at Indiana Tech and Huntington University and holds SPHR/SCP certifications, degrees in Business Management and Communication, and an MBA.
