WHY
Made possible by the generous support of a member of our community, Josiah White's is expanding on-campus housing as a strategic investment in our capacity to serve more youth. By providing stable, family-centered homes for direct-care staff where they live and work, we are removing one of the most significant barriers to growing our direct care workforce. We believe that when we take care of our staff, our staff can fully show up to take care of the youth they serve. This new townhouse will allow us to recruit additional highly-qualified team members, directly increasing the number of students we can welcome and support.
We would be honored to have you join us as we celebrate this meaningful step forward for our residential community!
