Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of insurance products and experience in needs-based sales. Basic proficiency in general math, basic accounting, and statistical analysis. Highly organized, dependable, and experienced in office operations. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications. Must obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty license.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs (e.g., banker boxes) as needed. Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods. Adept hand and finger dexterity for operating a computer keyboard and mouse.
