French/English (Bilingual) Customer Service

Ford Meter Box (www.fordmeterbox.com) is seeking a highly motivated individual at the corporate headquarters in Wabash, Indiana to assist with customer service for French speaking international clients in addition to other English-speaking customers.  Communication skills in written and spoken French should be B1-intermediate level (CEFR French Level) or above with capability of handling everyday workplace communication. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook along with previous office experience would be a plus.  

The successful candidate will hold responsibilities for managing inside sales with French and English-speaking customers including distributors, water utilities, and contractors.  In addition, the position will assist in coordination with the factory, troubleshooting problems with the customer, and project management.
