Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and operation of our equipment and facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who is passionate about keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment and machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and safety. - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and take preventative measures to prevent downtime. - Utilize technical skills to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics systems. - Operate hand and power tools to maintain and repair equipment and facilities. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance. - Participate in special projects and perform tasks as assigned by management. - Provide excellent service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with employees and management. - Demonstrate a commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. - 2+ years of experience in equipment and facilities maintenance or a related field. - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to apply it in a practical setting. - Proficiency in the use of welding equipment and tools. - Familiarity with schematics and electrical diagrams. - Possess a basic understanding of electrical systems and the ability to use an ohmmeter. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds or more. - Must have a valid driver's license.
