Position Overview: The person will be responsible for cleaning, light maintenance, setups, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure the facility’s needs are maintained in a manner consistent with University expectations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain, clean, and service restrooms, water fountains, kitchen areas, classrooms, computer labs, study rooms, locker areas, lounge areas, lobby areas, conference rooms, auditoriums, elevators, maintain floors, hallways, and stairs
• Clean windows, vents, and walls
• Trash removal
• Dusting
• Maintain schedule of events and setup/cleanup needs
• Maintain entrances up to the main walkway
• Changing light bulbs
