PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
Develop and participate in employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws
Manage various aspects of human resources functions
Handle payroll processing and data collection
Participate in meetings including strategic planning
Utilize Paylocity for HR-related tasks
Assist with employee issues related to discipline, benefits, attendance, etc.
Manage social media presence related to HR initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in interviewing and recruitment processes
Familiarity with employment labor laws
Strong knowledge of human resources management practices
Proficiency in payroll systems and data collection methods
Experience in workforce management strategies
Ability to work with Paylocity or similar HR software
Understanding of organization policies and HR principles
Skills in social media management for HR purposes
Willing to adapt schedule to work related requirements and community involvement activities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct professional presentations
