• Load the bale table with hay
• Supervise the bale conversion process as hay runs through the machine
• Inspect hay for product quality before, during, and after the conversion process
• Maintenance of the hydraulic and electrical components of the machine
• Communicate with other employees that are palletizing, weighing, and wrapping the product

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:

• Punctual and reliable
• Flexible
• Attention to detail
• Self starter
• Good communicator
• Forklift experience would be great, but we will train you if necessary

This will be a full time position, 40-50 hours per week, with paid vacations and holidays. Health insurance is also available. Hourly pay rate will be discussed at the interview.
