Shipping & Receiving Position

10X Engineered Materials is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team in a Shipping & Receiving role with the ability to serve as a backup supervisor when needed. We are looking for a hard-working individual who will thrive in an industrial manufacturing environment, takes initiative, works well both independently and as team player, and can handle multiple responsibilities at once.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily shipping and receiving duties
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and materials
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Support production and bagging operations as needed
• Provide support and assist with supervisor responsibilities when required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift and perform physical labor, including stacking 50-pound bags
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel
