Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team for 10 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful patient relationships, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on community health.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage, assessments, and clinical support during clinic hours
• Assist with patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
• Support clinic flow, patient communication, and follow-up care
• Uphold HIPAA standards and clinic policies
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and interpreters to ensure excellent patient care

• Current Indiana RN or LPN license in good standing
• Clinical experience preferred (primary care or community health a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort working with diverse patient populations
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Basic computer proficiency
