WE’RE HIRING! Sales Associate

Wabash Furniture & Flooring is looking for a fun, friendly, motivated person to join our sales team!

This isn’t your typical “stand around and wait for customers” retail job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a great attitude, and loves helping customers make their home more comfortable and beautiful.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping customers find the perfect furniture, mattresses, flooring & more
• Learning about brands like La-Z-Boy, Ashley, Beautyrest, Serta and others
• Answering phones and customer questions
• Writing up sales and helping customers through the buying process
• Keeping the showroom looking great
• Following up with customers
• Having fun while being part of a busy, growing local business!

Schedule

This is a full time position, with some weekends and holidays needing worked.

Hours: Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM Some Sundays & holidays as needed.

Who we’re looking for:

You do NOT need furniture sales experience! We can teach you furniture — we’re looking for the right personality.

The pay is both hourly and commission!

You should be friendly, dependable, outgoing, comfortable talking with customers, willing to learn, and ready to work as part of a team.
