Leadership Development Wabash County is the launchpad for emerging leaders & professionals of all ages. This program offers a comprehensive course of study designed to enhance leadership skills, elevate leadership potential, and amplify participants' impact throughout the Wabash County community.
Over the course of eight months, participants will embark on a dynamic journey of growth and self-discovery, gaining a deeper understanding of their leadership strengths and areas for development, while learning how to lead effectively in personal, professional, and community settings.
Over 250 Wabash County leaders have graduated from the LDWC program and continue to serve on local boards, strengthen the companies they work for, serve in government positions and ultimately grow as individuals.
