-Craft and implement a dynamic curriculum in your chosen STEM focus area, aligning with Indiana standards and incorporating innovative resources from partners

like Vex, Code.Org, and PLTW.

-Mentor and inspire students, guiding them through challenging projects and fostering a love for STEM.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree and/or proven experience in a STEM field and a valid state teaching license preferred.

-Demonstrated success in designing and delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

-A contagious enthusiasm for STEM fields and the ability to ignite that spark in others.

-Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

-Proficiency in using technology to enhance instruction and personalize learning.
