POSITION SUMMARY: The HRBP will work independently while assisting the Human Resources department with recruiting, onboarding, managing, training, and organization of the HR responsibilities for our various locations.

POSITION SUMMARY: The HRBP will work independently while assisting the Human Resources department with recruiting, onboarding, managing, training, and organization of the HR responsibilities for our various locations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Conduct all new hire onboarding.
- Utilize and maintain a knowledge of our HRIS.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave of absence; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Work closely with managers to recruit and develop a team for our various locations.
- Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position.
- Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- Previous HR experience a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Self-starter that takes initiative with a high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
- Computer proficient with the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- Physical Activity: Talking, hearing, repetitive motion, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary work. Involves sitting most of the time.
- Visual Acuity: ability to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned including to make general observations of facilities.
