The Ford Meter Box Co., Inc., (www.fordmeterbox.com), is seeking a JD Edwards Business Analyst to perform system implementation and maintenance within the Information Technology Department. 

Key job duties include but are not limited to:

• Working with manufacturing, accounting, and sales to utilize the JD Edwards application to maximize user's efficiency and production
• Analyzing modification requests to ensure that JD Edwards base code is used whenever possible, and customizations are kept to a minimum
• Analyze data entries, reports, etc., for input of system errors, determine root cause, develop, and implement solutions
• Ensuring system modification documentation is kept up to date.
• Monitoring JD Edwards’s environment to maintain system integrity
• Troubleshooting problems and implementing system remediation
• Acting as a liaison between IT and the JD Edwards users in assisting with JDE issues
• Assisting JDE users with defining and documenting enhancement/modification requests
• Defining and documenting JDE customizations and modifications

A computer or business-related degree is a plus.  Interest in working in a manufacturing environment is a must. Ideal candidates should have strong computer and logic skills.  A knowledge of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales is helpful.
