Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services

Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance techniques, including mechanical knowledge, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
