Duties
-Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production and reduce costs
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage and train manufacturing staff, providing guidance and support
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management review

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies, strongly prefer agricultural experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
